The University of Ottawa President’s Scholarship is awarded to one full-time undergraduate international student. Valued at $30,000, it is one of the most prestigious scholarships at the University of Ottawa. The application deadline is 30th April 2021.
Eligibility Criteria for University of Ottawa President’s Scholarship
Applicants must hold a student visa, have a minimum admission average of 92% (or equivalent) and demonstrate leadership qualities and a commitment to academic and extracurricular activities. This scholarship can be renewed for the three following years provided the student meets the requirements below
- maintains full-time enrolment,
- international student status and
- a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 8.50.
University of Ottawa President’s Scholarship program also provides a one-time award of $1,500 to applicants in second, third and fourth place.
